How to prep for your appointment
For all New and Returning Curly clients
- Hair must be Detangled, Dry, and Down
- Clarify, cleanse, and detangle your hair at least 48 hours before your appointment
- Hair must be down and completely dry
- Do not pull back, pin down, no hats, no updos, no braids, or other manipulations of your curls. Let them be!
- Style using your regular styling products, but no heavy oils please.
WHICH SERVICE DO I CHOOSE?
If you are new to embracing your curls and to curly styling or new to our salon we prefer that you choose the Infinite Possibilities New Client Curly Cut. This service allows for additional consultation time as well as a full styling lesson. Be sure to fill out the New Client Questionnaire so we know a little more about your curls and can help reserve the appropriate amount of time for your service. IS MY HAIR RIGHT FOR A curly cut?
If you wear your hair in a curly or wavy state most (or 100%) of the time, the dry haircutting method is recommended for you. This cut is designed to create balance in your curls and is not always symmetrical when straight, so it is not recommended if you straighten your curls on a regular basis.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
A first time Curly Cut appointment takes approximately 75 to 120 minutes, which will include a thorough consultation. Returning clients can expect appointments to be approximately 60 to 75 minutes.
WHAT IS THE Curl TRANSFORMATION?
The beauty of this service is the customization for every guest. The luxurious process begins with a healthy botanical cleanse followed by a thorough conditioning and detangling treatment. Next we style your curls to meet your needs, suit your lifestyle and satisfy your personal preference. This service is perfect for those who want to embrace their curls, and learn the fundamentals of daily curl care. The Curl Transformation is included with all Curly Cuts.
WHAT IF I WANT TO COLOR MY HAIR?
No problem! We will cut your hair first and then we will proceed to color after. After your Curl Transformation, we will tailor the cut to polish off your curly look.
