Since 2018 we have partnered with Green Circle Salons to take a stand for our planet and work together to reduce our ecological footprint and make the beauty industry more sustainable. We redirect what was once considered trash out of our water streams and landfills to be recycled or repurposed using innovative green solutions. Up to 95% of the waste created by the services offered here are recovered by Green Circle Salons and given a new life! Your hair clippings are contributing to the wellbeing of the planet.
Now we partner with product companies that align with our ethos like SEVEN who creates professional products focused on healthy ingredients for hair and scalp, to giving back to causes that are near and dear to our hearts, we are committed to delighting our devotees who value simple, luxurious, and effective rituals in beauty and in life.

Janna takes your hair as seriously as you do. Originally from Atlanta, her southern hospitality will allow you to become a branch on her family tree. This personal connection allows her to create looks that are unique for each guest. With urban sophistication and a passion for high level hair coloring she uses current trends and techniques on your hair canvas. She excels at color correction and blonding, working progressively to reach your goals. She creates beautiful balayage and blonding with a respect for the condition and integrity of the hair. Janna is an Aveda trained color artist. She has studied with top Aveda artists including Jon Raymond, Ana Kari’s and Jeffrey Scott. Janna takes her study of trichology to the next level by now offering DevaCurl services. DevaCurl systems make sure that no curl is left behind for a true cascade of curls.
The Pearl Barbers
Lauren has cut hair professionally in & out of Portland since 2008. She earned her Cosmetology license in California, & went on to cut hair in Oregon, Minnesota, & Utah. She then returned to Portland in 2015. Lauren loves tapered edges, soft lines, & lots of texture & movement. She offers easy styles that are achievable at home & grow out well. She warmly connects with her clients to build relationships that last. When she’s not in the shop, she’s either curled up with her cat Henry, or out in nature swimming in a body of water.
